The staff were friendly. I particularly loved the clean, well-maintained facilities. The mattress was a bit too firm for my comfort, which affected my overall sleep quality .

The unique ofuro experience offers an really good level of relaxation. The Japanese decor throughout the hotel creates a serene atmosphere.
I noticed my door lock cover was missing for a few days without resolution. While the ramen dish is decent, it lacks the flavor kick you'd expect from Japanese cuisine, and it may start to feel monotonous after several days.

Unique Japanese Experience with Delicious Dining
The ambiance was serene, showcasing elegant Japanese decor, and the food was nothing short of good, especially the sushi crafted by the talented chef. One of the highlights was the huge Japanese bath, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The only downside was the breakfast, which could use a significant improvement in quality and variety.

Great Family Stay with Minor Hiccups
We enjoyed a comfortable night in the Superior Queen Room. The space was perfect for a family, but be careful with the onsen floor. It can be a bit slippery. Double-check breakfast options to avoid extra charges. A pleasant experience!
